McMillan, President and CEO of Advance Land and Timber, LLC, has
eighteen years experience in the timberland industry. An outdoor boy from day
one, Mark was born and raised on a family farm in Bamberg, South Carolina. Upon
graduating from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Finance, he went
to work in the insurance industry. His work with forest product insurance
programs throughout the southeast included hunting club liability and vacant
land liability. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and coaching his son's
youth sports. |

Fred Wadsworth is licensed in South Carolina and
Georgia. He is married, has three children, and enjoys the outdoors.

Mark
KiserLicensed in South Carolina, Mark has 27 years of experience in the
timberland and real estate business. He is a registered forester and a Board
member of the South Carolina Forestry Association, member of Society of
American Foresters, First Baptist Church of Newberry and a practicing
consulting forester. He has extensive knowledge of timberland investments,
forestry retirement programs and wildlife management. His hobbies are hunting
and fishing with his family and friends, and coaching sports. He has been
married to Paula for 26 years and has two sons, Sam and Jeff. |

Murph is a SC native and a registered forester with over 30 years
experience in the forest products industry. He is a 1973 graduate of the
University of Georgia with a BS in Forest Resource Management. He is active in
the South Carolina Forestry Association and the South Carolina Foresters
Council. He has been married 38 years to his lovely wife Gail, has two children
and three grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Mike Keim Licensed in South Carolina, Mike Keim joined
Advance Land and Timber in May 2003. He is a Registered Forester in South
Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina, and Consulting Forester and owner of
Keim's Forestry Services, working primarily in the Piedmont Region of South
Carolina. With 27+ years experience in forestry, he has a good understanding of
timber, timberland, forest management, recreational and aesthetic values! Mike
has a passion for the outdoors? He enjoys turkey, dove, duck and deer hunting
as well as a good game of tennis. He takes pride in the fact that he is a
timberland owner and a tree farmer and feels that this allows him to "practice
what he preaches". Mike and his wife, Kathy, have been married 28+ years.
They have two daughters, Kristin and Candice.

Zac
Zschiesche Zac was born and raised in Laurens County, Georgia. He
graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA degree in General Business.
Before joining Advance Land and Timber, Zac worked for Ryan Klesko for four
years, developing and maintaining his personal property for hunting and
recreational purposes. He has a good working knowledge of wildlife management,
and is ready to help you find that perfect tract. Zac enjoys hunting, fishing,
golf, and sports. |

Caldwell Spence was born and raised on the banks of
Lake Murray near Lexington, SC. Much of the farm property where he grew up is
now know as Spence Plantation, one of the premier residential neighborhoods on
Lake Murray. Caldwell is instrumental in the continuing development of that
property. With a love for land and degrees in business and forestry, Caldwell
enjoys matching the needs of buyers and sellers. His experience includes over
sixteen years working in the forestry and forestry insurance industries. He
is an avid outdoorsman whose interests include hunting, fishing, boating,
golfing, and coaching youth sports. Caldwell lives on a horse farm in Lexington
County with his wife, Eliza, and two of their four sons along with five horses,

Rikard, licensed in South Carolina, was born and raised on a family farm
near Leesville, South Carolina. Upon graduating from the University of South
Carolina with BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering, he went to work in
the private sector in the environmental engineering and general contracting
business. He holds a professional engineering and general contractor's license
in the State of South Carolina. His work has included the planning, permitting,
design and construction of land developments and subdivisions. He is an avid
outdoorsman and his hobbies are hunting, bass fishing and youth
sports. |

Wayne Jensen, SEC, is a licensed broker in South Carolina.
Wayne has over 35 years of experience in the real estate business with 18 years
of owning one of the largest timber companies in Pennsylvania. He is a SEC,
Society of Exchange Counselor member, being a counselor and exchanger in the
local and national level. Over the years he has taken advanced and specialized
education with courses from CCIM,(Certified commercial investment members) NCE
(National council of Exchangers) , SEC, and others. in tax deferred exchanges,
counseling, land development, counseling, and timber acquisition. Wayne has
been happily married to Jacqueline, his high school sweetheart, and they have 3
sons also in their own real estate endeavors. Wayne and Jackie live in Gilbert
on acreage that offers almost everything. Hunting, fishing, growing and
building are some hobbies he enjoys. God has given Wayne a calling to help
people in the professional level of real estate. |

Greg Fleming Greg is licensed in Alabama, and has over 28 years experience in working in agriculture, forestry and education. He was raised on a cattle/timber farm in the east central region of Mississippi, near Meridian. Upon graduating from Mississippi State University with a BS degree he worked in Stone County and Quitman school districts teaching agriculture and forestry and serving as a school and district level administrator. During that time he obtained his
Masters degree and certification in Educational Leadership. Many of these work years were spent as 16th Section Land Manager for Quitman School District. His responsibilities included the areas of easement acquisition, hunting leases, utility leases, oil, gas and mineral leases, contracting road maintenance and construction and serving as the point of contact with the state forestry agency and Secretary of State's office. Greg and his wife Lisa have been married 8 years and they have one daughter, Isabella. He enjoys being outdoors, including hunting and fishing and traveling with his family.
