Mark
McMillan, President of Advance Land and Timber, LLC, has eighteen years
experience in the timberland industry. An outdoor boy from day one, Mark was
born and raised on a family farm in Bamberg, South Carolina. Upon graduating
from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Finance, he went to work in
the insurance industry. His work with forest product insurance programs
throughout the southeast included hunting club liability and vacant land
liability. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and coaching his son's youth
sports. |

Coleman Parks has been in real estate since his college
days at USC, where he majored in business and MBA courses in real estate and
finance. He was involved in real estate syndications of rural timberland and
development property for several companies in the mid 70's and 80's. President
of Resource Investments in the 80's to early 1995, he started Advance
Properties and Advance Builders, a licensed SC contractor and real estate firm
developing and marketing rural residential subdivisions and commercial sites,
returning to the acquisition and development of timberland and recreational
property. In 2000, he and Mark McMillan formed Advance Land and Timber, acting

hobbies are trying to please his wife, Barbara, and hunting, hunting, and
hunting.

Carl
Gulledge grew up in a farming family and has a profound love for the
outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys deer, turkey and duck hunting as well
as offshore, inshore and freshwater fishing. Carl graduated from USC in 1984
and has an extensive financial background in retirement plans. "I like to show
individuals how they can buy and sell property within retirement accounts. This
is a great investment that can be enjoyed while increasing in value." Carl
has been involved in properties of a few acres to many thousands in the
Southeast, specializing in hunting properties, farms and timberlands. He can
assist buyers with recommendations on food plots, duck ponds and habitat
enhancement. With more than 35 years experience in the woods and waters of the
South, he possesses a unique and first-hand understanding of what properties
will be suitable for an individual's particular needs. |

Zac
Zschiesche Zac was born and raised in Laurens County, Georgia. He
graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA degree in General Business.
Before joining Advance Land and Timber, Zac worked for Ryan Klesko for four
years, developing and maintaining his personal property for hunting and
recreational purposes. He has a good working knowledge of wildlife management,
and is ready to help you find that perfect tract. Zac enjoys hunting, fishing,
golf, and sports. |

Lee
Murph is a SC native and a registered forester with over 30 years
experience in the forest products industry. He is a 1973 graduate of the
University of Georgia with a BS in Forest Resource Management. He is active in
the South Carolina Forestry Association and the South Carolina Foresters
Council. He has been married 38 years to his lovely wife Gail, has two children
and three grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Mike Keim Licensed in South Carolina, Mike Keim joined
Advance Land and Timber in May 2003. He is a Registered Forester in South
Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina, and Consulting Forester and owner of
Keim's Forestry Services, working primarily in the Piedmont Region of South
Carolina. With 27+ years experience in forestry, he has a good understanding of
timber, timberland, forest management, recreational and aesthetic values! Mike
has a passion for the outdoors? He enjoys turkey, dove, duck and deer hunting
as well as a good game of tennis. He takes pride in the fact that he is a
timberland owner and a tree farmer and feels that this allows him to "practice
what he preaches". Mike and his wife, Kathy, have been married 28+ years.
They have two daughters, Kristin and Candice. |

Mark
Kiser Licensed in South Carolina, Mark has 23 years of experience in the
timberland and real estate business. He is a registered forester and a past
Board member of the South Carolina Forestry Association, member of Society of
American Foresters and a practicing consulting forester. He has extensive
knowledge of timberland investments and wildlife management. His hobbies are
hunting and fishing with his family and friends, and coaching sports. He has
been married to Paula for 23 years and has two sons, Sam and Jeff. |

Fred Wadsworth is licensed in South Carolina, North
Carolina and Georgia. He is married, has three children, and enjoys the
outdoors.

Caldwell Spence was born and raised on the banks of
Lake Murray near Lexington, SC. Much of the farm property where he grew up is
now know as Spence Plantation, one of the premier residential neighborhoods on
Lake Murray. Caldwell is instrumental in the continuing development of that
property. With a love for land and degrees in business and forestry, Caldwell
enjoys matching the needs of buyers and sellers. His experience includes over
sixteen years working in the forestry and forestry insurance industries. He
is an avid outdoorsman whose interests include hunting, fishing, boating,
golfing, and coaching youth sports. Caldwell lives on a horse farm in Lexington
County with his wife, Eliza, and two of their four sons along with five horses,
